Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing-related requests are handled for Cheeka.

By purchasing a subscription, virtual currency, digital item, or other paid service through Cheeka, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Subscription Purchases
Cheeka may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other subscription plans.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period and will automatically renew unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid. After cancellation, you may continue using the subscription benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Purchases Made Through the Apple App Store
Payments completed through the Apple App Store are processed and controlled by Apple.
Cheeka cannot directly approve, issue, or manage refunds for purchases processed by Apple.
To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase:
Visit Apple’s “Report a Problem” service.
Sign in using the Apple Account used to make the purchase.
Select “Request a refund.”
Choose the relevant Cheeka transaction and follow Apple’s instructions.
Apple determines refund eligibility in accordance with its own policies, applicable laws, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Purchases Made Through Google Play
Payments completed through Google Play are processed in accordance with Google Play’s billing and refund policies.
Users may submit a refund request through their Google Play account, order history, or the Google Play refund request service.
Google determines whether a purchase qualifies for a refund based on factors including the type of purchase, the time elapsed since the transaction, the payment method, and the user’s country or region.

Purchases Made Through Other Payment Methods
For payments made directly to Cheeka or through an authorized third-party payment provider outside the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may submit a refund request by contacting:

Your request should include:
Your Cheeka account ID or registered email address;
The transaction or order number;
The payment date and amount;
The payment method used;
The reason for the refund request;
Any relevant screenshots or supporting information.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
We will review eligible requests based on the circumstances of the transaction, the use of the purchased service, applicable laws, and this Refund Policy.
Virtual Currency and Digital Items
Cheeka may offer virtual currency, coins, credits, gifts, boosts, premium features, or other digital items.
Except where required by applicable law or the relevant payment platform’s rules, purchases of virtual currency and digital items are generally non-refundable once they have been:
Credited to the user’s account;
Used, consumed, transferred, gifted, or exchanged;
Used to unlock content, communication, or other features;
Partially used or combined with promotional credits;
Delivered as part of a completed digital service.
Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Promotional, bonus, complimentary, or gifted virtual currency is not eligible for a cash refund.
Circumstances That May Qualify for a Refund
Depending on the payment channel and applicable law, a refund may be considered in situations such as:
Duplicate charges for the same transaction;
A verified technical error that prevented delivery of the purchased service;
A purchase charged successfully but not credited to the account;
A purchase made without the account holder’s authorization;
A service that was materially different from its description;
Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.
We may request additional information to verify the transaction and investigate the issue.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds will generally not be provided where:
The user changed their mind after using the subscription or digital service;
The user forgot to cancel an auto-renewable subscription;
The user did not use the purchased subscription or benefits;
Virtual currency or digital items have already been used or consumed;
The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of Cheeka’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
The user is dissatisfied with another user’s behavior, response, compatibility, or level of interaction;
The user expected a specific social, dating, communication, or relationship outcome;
The request involves promotional or complimentary items;
The user provided incorrect account or payment information;
There is evidence of refund abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or repeated misuse of the refund process.
Cheeka does not guarantee matches, messages, replies, relationships, meetings, or any other specific outcome from using paid services.
Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe that a purchase was made without your authorization, contact the payment platform and Cheeka as soon as possible.
You should also secure your device, payment account, Apple Account, Google Account, and Cheeka account.
We may temporarily restrict certain account functions while investigating suspected unauthorized activity.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, users are encouraged to contact us at cheeka_pay@trdor.com so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Submitting a fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in:
Suspension of the relevant Cheeka account;
Removal of purchased subscription benefits or virtual items;
Restriction of future purchases;
Recovery of amounts owed, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits a user’s statutory right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and payment method.
If a refund is approved directly by Cheeka, it will generally be returned to the original payment method. We cannot guarantee when the refunded amount will appear in your account after it has been processed.
Apple and Google control the processing time and status of refunds issued through their respective platforms.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
Deleting the Cheeka app or deleting a Cheeka account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Users must cancel their subscription through the payment platform or payment method used to purchase it.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the applicable payment provider or required by law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.
Where local law provides cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other statutory rights that conflict with this Refund Policy, the applicable law will prevail.
For digital services or content supplied immediately after purchase, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected where the user has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, payment methods, legal obligations, or business practices.
The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
