Cheeka Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cheeka Inc. (“Cheeka,” “the company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you access our website, any related subdomains owned by Cheeka, use our mobile applications, or use any other services provided by Cheeka (“Services”).
When you use the Services provided by Cheeka, you trust us with your data. Cheeka is committed to maintaining that trust, and we believe that commitment begins with being transparent and straightforward about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data. This Privacy Policy also outlines your rights and control over your personal data, as well as how to contact us with any issues, comments, concerns, or requests related to your personal data.
1. The Information We Collect
To provide you with our services, we collect various types of information, which will be detailed below.
• Information You Provide When Using Our Services
• Information We Collect Automatically
• Information We Obtain From Advertisers, Third Parties, and Offline Sources
• Any Other Information You Choose to Provide Us
Most of the data collection and usage described in this Privacy Policy is necessary for us to provide our services. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, we will not be able to provide you with our services. Some data collection and usage are not strictly necessary for providing the services, but they are relevant, and we collect and process this information based on our legitimate interests, such as analyzing and improving our services, as explained in further detail below. If you want to know how to exercise your rights to manage or delete any personal information we may have, please refer to "Your Choices" below.
A. Information You Provide When Using Our Services
• Account Information
When you register as a user of our services, we collect the personal information you choose to provide, which may include your name, address, email address, and phone number. We may also ask for additional information, such as your age or gender, or other details associated with your account. All of this information may be used to identify, associate, describe, or reference information that can reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a specific consumer, household, or device, and is considered “Personal Information.” Personal Information does not include: (a) publicly available information from government records; (b) de-identified or aggregated consumer information; or (c) information excluded from coverage under specific industry privacy laws.
• User Content
We collect content, communications, and other information that you provide while using our services, including when you register an account, create or share content, and send messages or communicate with others (collectively referred to as "User Content"). For example, we may collect your posts, replies, chat content, text, and/or images, as well as metadata related to the messages and your communication partners. All posts and content are public and may be publicly displayed (for information on deleting content, please refer to "Your Choices" below). User content can be viewed, shared, and modified by our users, us, and others for commercial or personal purposes (in accordance with rights and licenses in our Terms of Service). We also collect information you choose to upload, sync, or import from devices (such as contacts, call logs, or SMS history) to help you find people you might know. Please note that if you include identifiable information in any content you share or post, others who see it may be able to determine your identity. MediaLab will not publicly post chat messages, but any message you send through our service can be accessed by the recipient.
• Your Purchase Transactions
If you make any purchases or participate in other activities through our services, we collect the information necessary to process the transaction. This includes payment details such as your credit card or payment account information, authentication information, and billing, shipping, and contact details.
B. Information We Automatically Collect When You Use Our Services
• Location Information: Many features of the service require location information, unless you provide us with your location details. If you agree to share your location (e.g., by allowing your mobile device to send your latitude and longitude), we will collect and use this information while you are actively using the service, as well as in the background (when you are not actively using the service). For example, we or our advertising partners may show you content or posts from people nearby or places you often visit, notify you about real-time events in your area, or display ads from local businesses near you. If you do not allow your mobile device to provide us with location information, or if your device cannot access location data for technical reasons, we may use your IP address or WiFi SSID information to determine your approximate geographic location. To learn more about how to control location data collection, please refer to "Your Choices" below.
• Usage Information: We collect information about how you use the service, including the time you access the service, the pages you view, user interactions, content related to your engagement with the service, as well as interactions between users, hashtags, and groups within the service.
• Device Information: We collect information from the device you use, such as the type of device, its operating system version, browser type and language, IP address, plugins, applications, file names and types, battery and signal strength, available storage space, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information (which may be considered personal data in certain jurisdictions, but is only used for geographic identification and compliance with applicable laws). Additionally, we collect information you provide through device settings, such as photos, camera or GPS location, cookie identifiers, web beacons, or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device through the browser. We may combine this information across different devices you use, for example, using the data collected from your phone to better personalize content (including ads) or features you see when you use our service on other devices, such as your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took action on an ad we displayed on your phone.
• Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: Like most websites and applications, we and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or device memory that help us and our service providers improve our services and your experience by showing us which areas and features of our services are most popular. Most web browsers are set by default to accept cookies. For more information on cookies and how to disable them, please refer to "Your Choices" below. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies may affect the availability and functionality of certain services.

We use the information we collect to test, develop, and troubleshoot relevant issues, as well as to improve or maintain our services. This may include information we collect from surveys or research, and other collected data.
E. Monitor and analyze trends, provide analytics:
We use the information to monitor and analyze trends and analytics of our services. We may also use the data to help advertisers measure engagement and the effectiveness of ads, as well as how people interact with them or their services. Please refer to "How We Share Information" below for more details.
Please note that information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies, together with other collected data, is used for the purposes listed in this privacy policy, including remembering your settings and preferences, and evaluating and improving our services.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share the information we collect about you in the following ways:
A. Public or Other Users of the Service
Any content, comments, or communications posted to any service may be publicly visible to anyone, both within and outside of our services, even to those who do not have an account. This includes your username, post timestamps, text, images, post content, and the geographic location of your posts. For some of our services, usernames may be randomly assigned, and you can change or delete them at any time. Your username is visible when you interact with the service, such as posting content or sending messages to other users. Keep in mind that if your username includes your real name, or is similar to how you present yourself on other platforms, others may be able to identify you.
• Public content can be accessed, downloaded, or shared by third-party services, including search engines, APIs, apps, websites, and services integrated with other platforms.
• When you use any messaging features to contact other users directly, your message recipients will see your username and the content of your messages. Recipients can also choose to share your messages with others.
• If you post user content to the service, other users may see certain location-related information. For example, other users may be able to see how close you are to their current location or if you frequently visit similar places.
• If you invite others to try our services via SMS, email, or other methods, those people may see your name, phone number, email address, or other contact information.
• For some of our services, users may be notified that you are using the service, including whether you are currently active or the last time you used our services.
B. Through Social Sharing Services
Our service may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools that allow you to share posts with friends or the public. Using these features enables sharing information according to different settings. You must be in contact with the entities that provide social sharing features. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection related to these social sharing features, please refer to the privacy policy of the entity providing those features.
C. Advertisers
To conduct analysis and deliver relevant content and ads, we may allow others to collect information about how you use our services. These entities may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect data about your device or computer, your interests, the places you've visited, and how long you've interacted with different parts of our services.
We use your data to help provide and personalize services, improve our offerings, match you with other users, facilitate communication, conduct research, and send you marketing communications. • Data analytics providers
• Marketing service providers
C. Authorities, Government Agencies, or Law Enforcement
If required by applicable law, regulation, operational agreement, legal process, or government request, or for security purposes, we may disclose your data. This includes sharing your data with law enforcement, government agencies, or other third parties when necessary to enforce our terms of use, user agreements, or other policies, as well as to investigate and protect Cheeka or its users from fraud, abuse, misuse, or illegal use of our services.
D. Potential Buyers or Investors
We may share your data with others in connection with negotiations for a merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business, or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceedings. In these cases, the user data held by Cheeka would also be included in the transferred assets.
E. Other Parties You Agree To
If we notify you and you consent to sharing, we may share your data with third parties outside of those described in this policy.
5. How long do we retain your information?
How long we retain your information depends on the type, purpose, sensitivity, and other relevant factors. For example, we retain your information:
• Information you provide through our services (such as your name, phone number, address, email, etc.) unless you request us to delete it.
• For the time necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including the duration of providing our services to you, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
• For the necessary period to investigate and resolve disputes and/or enforce our rights and agreements, including if your account is disabled for policy violations.
• If the information is aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified (i.e., cannot identify you).
• In our backup or disaster recovery systems, for a limited time or as required by applicable law.
If you decide to stop using our services, you may request the deletion of your information (see "Your Choices" for more details). Please note that while our system is designed to automatically delete information, we cannot guarantee that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. Additionally, there may be legal requirements to retain your information at the time you request deletion. This means that if we receive a valid legal request to retain your information, if we receive a report of abuse or other violations of our Terms of Service, or if your use of our services or your information is flagged by our automated system for abuse or other violations, we may retain your information.
6. How We Protect Your Information
Your personal information security is extremely important to us, and we take various measures to protect it. For example, we implement technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed federal standards to protect your data. When data is no longer needed for the purpose of providing services or supporting records, we anonymize or delete it.
We periodically review our security procedures and consider new technologies and methods as necessary.
However, despite our best efforts, no security measure is perfect, impregnable, or 100% secure. We cannot guarantee, nor do we warrant or guarantee, that the information you transmit to us will remain secure. We also do not guarantee that this information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization. These are the inherent risks of conducting business online.
If we become aware of a security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective measures. We may also post a notice on our service regarding the breach. Depending on your location, you may have the legal right to receive written notice of a security breach. If you have any concerns about the security of your information, please contact us via email.
7. Deleting Account Information
If your content and posts are publicly shared, they will remain public unless you or we delete them from the service. You can choose to delete your personal posts or content at any time, and we will remove them from the service. However, please note that deleted posts or content may still be stored in our system for limited legal, business, security, or system backup reasons, and may still be accessible in cached or archived pages within the service or elsewhere, if someone copies or saves them. Search engines and other websites may also index and cache content from our website. You may need to contact these third-party websites or search engines directly to request the removal of your cached information, which will be subject to their policies and procedures.
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via the “Email Support” link in the product settings or through our email address. Please note that information about you shared by others that is not part of your account will not be deleted.
As mentioned, even after a deletion request, we may retain certain content for legal, legitimate business, security, and other purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for certain periods of time, as necessary for such purposes.
8. Location Information
When you first download or open any of our mobile application services, or access certain features of the services, you will be asked to consent to the collection of location information from your mobile device or platform. If you consent to the collection of this information but later wish to withdraw your consent, you can make changes at any time by adjusting the settings on your mobile device or deleting our mobile application services from your device.
9. Age Restrictions
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to provide any data to the services. We do not intentionally collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use or provide any information on our website or services, nor provide us with any personal information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we discover that we have collected or received personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent verification, we will delete that information. If you believe we may have any data of individuals under 18, please contact us at cheeka_support@trdor.com.
10. Children's Information

Since Cheeka is an 18+ platform, we do not intentionally collect or request personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for our services or send us any personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from children who do not meet the minimum age requirement, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have received personal information from a child under the minimum age, please contact us via email.
