Cheeka Terms of Use
Cheeka has established the following Terms of Use ("Terms") to govern the use of online social network services provided through the platform operated by the company. This agreement includes Cheeka's acceptable use policy for Cheeka services and posted content, rights, obligations, and restrictions related to Cheeka services, as well as Cheeka's service terms. To access certain services provided by Cheeka, you (the user) may be required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Cheeka specifically advises you to carefully read these Terms of Service (the "Agreement") and all appendices to ensure that you fully understand all terms before registering as a user. Additional terms and conditions applicable to the services you choose to participate in are incorporated into this Agreement. Cheeka may occasionally modify this Agreement, and such modifications will take effect once published on the official Cheeka website. After any modifications are published, by continuing to use Cheeka’s services, you agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement. Therefore, you should regularly review this Agreement and stay updated on any changes. Cheeka reserves the sole discretion to refuse, block, or delete any of your posts (including private messages), or, at any time and for any reason, without notice and without liability, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of Cheeka’s services. Cheeka exclusively reserves the right to delete your profile and/or restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any part of Cheeka’s services if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you pose a threat to Cheeka or its members. Cheeka also reserves the right to change, modify, or delete some or all of the additional personal information. Since Cheeka uses URLs as member profile links, Cheeka reserves the right to change or delete those links at any time without prior notice.
Cheeka may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit content, or any content prohibited under Section 4 of this Agreement (such as content posted by Cheeka members on their profiles). Cheeka assumes no responsibility or liability for such content.
1. Account Rules and Eligibility
A. When accessing or using our services, you must comply with the eligibility rules. By creating an account and using the services, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Cheeka does not allow access to individuals who do not meet this age requirement.
• You are legally permitted to use our services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that no unauthorized individuals have access to your account. If your account is accessed by an unauthorized person, you must immediately notify Cheeka at cheeka_support@trdor.com.
• You have not been convicted of a felony, sexual offense, or any crime involving violence or similar serious crimes, nor have you pleaded no contest.
• You are not required to register as a sex offender under any state, federal, or local registry.
• You are not located in, nor a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to U.S. government sanctions or identified as a "supporter of terrorism" by the U.S. government.
• You are not on any U.S. government or similar restricted or prohibited party list.
B. By using Cheeka, you agree to:
• Comply with all applicable laws and these terms.
• Regularly review our terms and policy updates.
• Protect your account and use the latest version of the app.
• Use the services for lawful and intended purposes only. Respect other users and ensure your interactions are lawful and free from harassment or harm.
C. You agree that you will not:
• Falsely represent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including harassment, fraud, or exploitation.
• Post or share prohibited content, including hate speech, explicit material, or defamatory statements.
• Engage in activities that could harm the security or functionality of the service.
• If your previous account was suspended or terminated, you will not create a new account unless explicitly permitted by Cheeka.
If you do not meet any of the above conditions, or cease to meet them at any time, your authorization to use our services will be automatically revoked. Cheeka reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice.
2. Changes to the Terms or Services
We may modify these terms at any time at our discretion. If we do so, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on the website or through other communication methods. The updated terms will be marked with an "Effective Date" at the top for your reference.
We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed about any changes. By continuing to access or use our services after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised terms and are bound by them legally. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the service immediately.
Additionally, Cheeka reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or terminate any part or feature of the service (including both free and paid features) at any time, without liability or prior notice, unless required by applicable law.
Please note that Cheeka is not responsible for any changes to these terms or the service made by you or any third party. The sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any modification is to stop using Cheeka.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully, which explains in detail how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
By using our services, you acknowledge that Cheeka may process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the policy to understand our practices and your rights regarding your information.
4. Content and Content Rights
For the purposes of these terms:
"Content" refers to any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, or other works of authorship, as well as information or other materials published, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the services. When using Cheeka's services, you will encounter three types of content: the content you upload or provide ("Your Content"), content provided by other members ("Member Content"), and content provided by Cheeka ("Our Content").
A. Your Content
Your Content refers to any content that you upload, provide, post, generate, or otherwise make available through Cheeka’s services, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, and any information shared in your profile, messages, or posts.
By uploading or posting Your Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions. By providing Your Content, you grant Cheeka a global, permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and perform Your Content in connection with the operation of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing, research, and promotional purposes (such research will be done anonymously if external). You are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. You agree to indemnify and hold Cheeka harmless from any claims arising from Your Content.
Your Content must comply with Cheeka’s community guidelines and should not contain prohibited content (such as hate speech, explicit material, illegal activities, or personal information like contact details or banking information). If you share any personal information, the risk is your responsibility.
While Cheeka is not obligated to pre-screen your content, we reserve the right to monitor, delete, or block any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Cheeka may also review your content to ensure it complies with our guidelines and safety standards.
B. Member Content
Member Content refers to content uploaded, provided, posted, generated, or otherwise made available by other Cheeka users through the services.
You may only use Member Content for its intended purpose, which is communication and interaction with other users through the services. You may not copy, distribute, or use Member Content for commercial purposes, harassment, spam, or illegal activities.
You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying Member Content. Cheeka is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the materials provided by members. We also reserve the right to monitor, review, and delete Member Content to maintain a safe environment for users.
C. Our Content
Our Content includes all content provided by Cheeka, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property, as well as the overall functionality of the services, including algorithms and databases.
Cheeka retains full ownership of all Our Content, including intellectual property rights, and all rights associated with the content provided in the services. Cheeka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of the services.
D. You may not:
• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.
• Use our content for commercial purposes or exploit the service beyond its intended use.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our content, software, or databases for unauthorized use.
Additionally, any content you submit (such as feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the service) will be automatically assigned to Cheeka upon receipt. Cheeka holds all rights to these submissions, including any related intellectual property. You agree to grant Cheeka the license to use, modify, and distribute these submissions, whether for commercial or other purposes, without compensation.
Cheeka has the right to monitor and review content posted on the service and to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed harmful to the community.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cheeka harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your content, member content, or submitted content (including intellectual property infringement or illegal activity).
E. AI-Generated Content and Intellectual Property Responsibility
• User Responsibility
When using AI-driven features (such as text-to-image or text-based art generation), you agree not to input or attempt to generate content containing third-party intellectual property names, likenesses, or features, including but not limited to copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or trademarks.
• No Affiliation Disclaimer
All AI-generated content is created solely based on user input and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or authorization from the intellectual property holders. We do not claim ownership or association with any third-party intellectual property.
• Liability
You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any legal issues, claims, or damages arising from the use or input of third-party intellectual property in the AI-generated content created or shared through the platform.
• Platform Rights
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content suspected of infringing third-party intellectual property, either through automatic detection or user reports, and may take action against accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
5. Restrictions and Reporting
To maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive community, Cheeka strictly prohibits the following behaviors and content:
• Sharing or posting content that may be considered offensive, harassing, abusive, or potentially distressing to others.
• Content that includes obscene, pornographic, violent, or nudity-related material, or anything that could offend human dignity.
• Encouraging racism, sexism, hate speech, bigotry, or any language or imagery promoting violence or prejudice.
• Promoting or assisting any illegal activities, including terrorism, inciting racial hatred, or other criminal acts.
• Posting content that may lead to self-harm, dangerous challenges, or violent extremism.
• Spreading false information, defamatory statements, or content that damages others' reputations.
• Commercial activities, such as advertising, promotions, sales, or solicitation for sex work.
• Sharing spam, malware, or content containing viruses or malicious software.
• Uploading or using someone else's photos, names, contact information, or personal data without their consent.
• Content involving minors, including depictions of unaccompanied minors or any material that may harm their well-being.
• Misusing Cheeka services or platform features, including attempting unauthorized access, using automation tools, or disrupting normal operation.
• Intentionally disrupting the experience of other users, such as posting false content, impersonating others, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Damaging or overloading any computer or server involved in the service’s use, or engaging in any type of attack (including but not limited to virus spreading, denial-of-service attacks), or otherwise attempting to disrupt the service or others' use or enjoyment of the service.
• Cheating or interfering with the service in any way (including but not limited to using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any software designed to alter or interfere with the service or overall experience). Cheating includes, but is not limited to, any automatic use of the service or bypassing or altering any security, technical, or device mechanisms in the service.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decoding, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any underlying software or other intellectual property used in the service.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the service, registering under another user's account, or connecting to the service's computer, servers, or networks through means other than the service's user interface.
• Or any other action that violates community guidelines.
How to Report
If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, you can report them using the following methods:
• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on the relevant user profile or content to notify our moderation team.
• Customer Support: Send a detailed email to cheeka_support@trdor.com.
If we believe you have violated our terms or engaged in behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe, Cheeka reserves the right to take any action, including but not limited to disabling, banning, suspending, or terminating your account. We may take such actions without notice and are not obligated to disclose the reasons for suspending or terminating an account. If your account is disabled, banned, or terminated, Cheeka may require additional verification or investigation materials before reactivating your account.
6. Third-Party Content or Advertisements
Cheeka may occasionally provide advertisements or third-party content within the service. This may include, but is not limited to, promotional materials, third-party website links, or external resources (“Third-Party Content”).
Cheeka does not endorse, approve, or make any representations regarding the products and services provided by third parties. Unless explicitly stated by Cheeka, we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any Third-Party Content.
We encourage you to make your own decisions and use any third-party content or external links at your own risk. Cheeka does not monitor or update such content and does not guarantee the availability or content of external websites.
If you engage with any third party, such as purchasing products or services through third-party content, their terms and conditions will apply. Cheeka is not responsible for the actions or terms of these third parties, and your use of their services is solely governed by their agreements.
7. Purchase and Payment Terms
A. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Cheeka may occasionally offer certain auto-renewing services, such as weekly, monthly, or multi-month subscriptions (“Premium Services”). If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the current term unless you cancel it. Unless otherwise stated, renewals will be charged at the current price of the subscription at the time. To avoid charges for the new subscription period, you must cancel before the end of the current subscription term. Please note that deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Cheeka reserves the right to adjust the prices of any Premium Services. If you do not cancel, you agree to be charged at Cheeka's then-current subscription rate.
B. Cancellations
You can cancel your Premium Services at any time, but you must comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. If you purchased through an external service (such as Apple ID or Google Play), you must cancel through the respective platform's subscription management system. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Cheeka does not process cancellations made through third-party stores, but you can contact Cheeka customer support for assistance.
C. Free Trial
Cheeka may occasionally offer a free trial of Premium Services ("Free Trial"). If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, the Free Trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will be charged at the current subscription rate.
Once the Free Trial converts to a paid subscription, the subscription will auto-renew at the end of each cycle, and payments will continue until canceled. To avoid charges for the new subscription period, you must cancel before the end of the current trial or subscription period.
Please note that deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Free Trial. If you signed up for a Free Trial through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will not be eligible for another Free Trial, and upon the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
D. Virtual Items
Cheeka may occasionally offer the opportunity to purchase limited, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, and revocable licenses to use virtual items, such as diamonds or other in-app features (“Virtual Items”).
Virtual Items represent a limited license under these terms, and, unless prohibited by applicable law, ownership or title to Virtual Items is not transferred to you. These terms do not constitute a sale of Virtual Items.
Any balance of Virtual Items in your account reflects the scope of your license to use these items. This balance does not represent real money or stored value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Virtual Items do not accrue unused fees. However, your license to Virtual Items will terminate upon (i) Cheeka discontinuing its services, or (ii) your account being closed or terminated.
Cheeka reserves the right to charge for access to or use of Virtual Items and may distribute Virtual Items for free. Cheeka may manage, regulate, control, modify, or remove Virtual Items at any time, which may affect the value or functionality of the Virtual Items. Cheeka is not liable to you or any third party for the exercise of these rights. Virtual Items are non-transferable, and you may not sell, redeem, gift, or transfer them to any person or entity. Virtual Items can only be redeemed within Cheeka’s services.
All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items through Cheeka’s services are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge that Cheeka has no obligation to provide refunds for any reason, and if your account is closed or terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, you will not receive compensation for unused Virtual Items.
E. Refunds
General Terms
All purchases are final. Partial usage during the subscription period is non-refundable or non-creditable unless required by local law. Refund requests must be submitted through the same platform where the subscription was purchased (Apple or Google Play).
Refunds for Google Play Purchases
If you purchased through Google Play:
• According to Google Play's policy, you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours from the start of the subscription.
• To request a refund, visit your Google Play account, scroll to your order history, find the transaction, and click "Report a Problem."

How to Request a Refund
• If you subscribed through Google Play, please follow the steps in the Google Play section.
• For assistance, contact Cheeka customer support and provide your order number and relevant transaction details.
8. No Criminal Background or Identity Checks
Cheeka does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification for its members. While Cheeka strives to create a safe and respectful environment, we do not guarantee the behavior, identity, health, or intentions of any user. You are fully responsible for your interactions with other members, and you should exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others both inside and outside the service.
By using this service, you acknowledge that Cheeka does not investigate or verify members’ backgrounds or identities, nor does it guarantee the behavior, identity, health, physical condition, or intentions of other users. Cheeka is not responsible for your safety, and using the service does not replace following our safety guidelines or taking appropriate safety precautions.
You agree that any communication you receive via Cheeka may originate from users misusing the platform for improper purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, abuse, or other misconduct. You should always take reasonable measures to protect your safety and well-being, especially when interacting with others outside the platform or arranging face-to-face meetings.
If you disagree with this policy or feel uncomfortable, please refrain from using this service.
9. Disclaimer
The services provided by Cheeka are offered "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Cheeka does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or freedom from viruses or malicious software of any content provided through the services.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other service users and any content you post or transmit. Cheeka does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of users, nor does it make any representations about the actions, intentions, or authenticity of users. By using these services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cheeka shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Cheeka is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, network failures, or shortages of transportation, energy, or materials.
In any case, the total liability of Cheeka shall not exceed the amount you paid to access or use the services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain types of damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.
As a condition of using the services, you release Cheeka (and its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, officers, subsidiaries, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, distributors) from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed) arising from or related to any dispute between you and one or more service participants.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cheeka and its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, partners, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:
• Your use of the services,
• Any content you post, store, or transmit through the services,
• Your violation of these terms or any other Cheeka policies,
• Your infringement of any third-party rights,
• Any actions or conduct related to your use of the services, whether online or offline.
This indemnity applies regardless of whether the claims are based on negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other legal theory.
You release Cheeka and its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, partners, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential), whether known or unknown, suspected or undisclosed, arising from or related to any disputes with service members or any disputes in connection with them.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. A court with jurisdiction may modify the provision to make it enforceable and in line with the parties' intent.
Cheeka's failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision. In case of a conflict between these terms and any other terms or policies, these terms will prevail.
13. Termination
Cheeka reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services (including your account) at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason (including but not limited to violation of these terms). This termination may result in the deletion of your account and all associated information and content. In such cases, Cheeka will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of the termination.
You can terminate your account at any time by logging into the app, following the instructions in [Help & Feedback], or by sending a request to cheeka_support@trdor.com with “Termination” and your profile information. Please note that terminating your account will not automatically cancel any subscriptions you have with third-party service providers (such as iTunes or Google Play). You must separately manage and cancel any active subscriptions through the relevant platform to avoid additional charges.
