Child Protection Safety Policy
At our platform, protecting children's safety is our top priority. We are committed to providing all users with a safe and healthy environment, particularly in terms of safeguarding minors' privacy and security. To ensure the safety of children on the platform, we have established the following Child Protection Safety Policy:
1. Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our platform. Any attempts to falsify age in order to access the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or removal.
To ensure compliance with Google’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other child protection laws, we enforce strict age restrictions. Automated and manual systems are in place to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSEA). Any attempt to circumvent these systems will be considered a violation, and your account may be immediately banned.
2. Prohibited Activities
We strictly prohibit the following behaviors, especially those involving minors:
Sexualization and Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSEA)
• Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized role-playing, or wearing sexualized clothing.
• Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations, drawings, or animations.
Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors
• Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.
• Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
• Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
• Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
3. Enforcement Measures
All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigations, including those related to child sexual abuse or exploitation. Violators will also be reported to Google’s Child Protection teams as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe online space for children.
4. User Education
We educate users on child safety through the following methods:
• Clear and accessible Child Safety Policy available on our platform.
• Prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to help users avoid risky situations and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Interactive educational materials that reinforce the importance of protecting children online.
5. Underage User Behavior Restrictions
It is strictly prohibited for minors to register, post content, or engage in any form of interaction on the platform.
Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is prohibited. Any attempts to falsify age to gain access to the platform are strictly prohibited. We have partnered with Google’s Family Link and other child protection tools to ensure that users under the age of 13 cannot access or participate in the platform.
6. Prohibited Users
