Google Play Subscription and Purchase Terms
When you purchase services, subscriptions, or in-app products through Google Play, the following terms and conditions apply in addition to the Cheeka Terms of Purchase:
Subscription and Pricing Adjustments
Subscriptions purchased via Google Play are subject to the pricing model defined by Cheeka, but may also be affected by regional pricing fluctuations, including exchange rates and taxes. The cost of your subscription or product may vary depending on promotional offers and your region, as Google Play may apply local tax laws or conversion rates.
1. Automatic Renewals and Payment Methods
As with other subscriptions, all paid subscriptions via Google Play will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel the renewal before the next payment date. The payment method used for the purchase will be charged automatically upon renewal. You may update your payment methods directly through your Google Play account settings.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
For purchases made through Google Play, any cancellation, refund, or dispute will be governed by Google’s refund policy, which may differ from Cheeka's policy. If you choose to cancel your subscription or make a refund request within the "cooling-off" period, the decision will be determined by Google, and Cheeka has no authority over Google’s decision to approve or deny the refund. For any issues related to refunds, cancellations, or disputes, please contact Google Play support directly.
3. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Cheeka reserves the right to modify its subscription or pricing model, including any services available on Google Play. Any changes to your Google Play subscription, including but not limited to changes in price or subscription period, will be communicated to you in advance. By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge and accept these changes.
4. Subscription Management
You can manage your Google Play subscriptions directly through the Google Play Store, where you can cancel, modify, or update your subscription preferences at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure the timely cancellation of auto-renewals through Google Play to avoid being charged for future billing cycles.
5. Data Sharing and Privacy
Any information shared during your purchase through Google Play, including billing information, is handled in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Cheeka will only access necessary information for the purposes of managing your subscription or service and will adhere to our own Privacy Policy.
Important Notes Regarding Google Play Purchases
• Google Play Policies Prevail for Purchases Made Through Their Platform
Purchases made through Google Play are governed not only by Cheeka’s terms but also by the policies of Google Play. This means that Google’s refund, cancellation, and renewal policies will supersede Cheeka's, and any disputes regarding these matters must be addressed with Google directly.
• Currency and Payment Methods
The price of services or subscriptions may be displayed in your local currency, and your payment will be processed through the payment method associated with your Google Play account. In some cases, payment may be converted to a different currency (e.g., USD or EUR), and any foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Notification and Billing Transparency
Before your subscription is renewed, you will receive a notification outlining the renewal date and the subscription fee, ensuring transparency regarding your billing cycle and any charges.
How to Manage Your Subscription or Request a Refund
If you wish to cancel your subscription or request a refund for a Google Play purchase, you must do so through your Google Play account. Follow these steps:
• Open the Google Play Store.
• Go to Subscriptions or Order History.
• Select the subscription or purchase you want to manage.
• Follow the instructions to cancel or request a refund.
Please be aware that refunds for digital content or in-app purchases made via Google Play are subject to their Refund Policy, and Cheeka cannot override any decisions made by Google.
